Extra heartbeats with no underlying heart issues

I have extra heart beats when climbing stairs or excerising. Resting ekg normal. Anyone else have s and what do you do?

Look up “premature atrial complexes” online. They are common, and usually benign. But you’d have to have a Holter monitor or stress EKG to know for sure.

Thank you. I have had a few holster monitor tests including one for 30days. Extra beats only happen on exertion, like climbing stairs, treadmill etc. was considered for ablation but they could not reproduce in resting state so we did not proceed.
